Processing Times
Orders placed before 12pm are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day.
During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Timeframes
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are guidelines only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, seasonal volume, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured.
If an item arrives broken, it will be replaced with a pot of similar style and value. Because each piece is handmade and unique, exact replacements are not possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with photos (if applicable) so we can lodge a claim and organise a replacement.
